Female Medical Representatives

PharmaNova International Agencies Co. Ltd, Healthier Tomorrow. We are hiring Female Medical Representatives to join our growing team.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Medical Representative, you will be the bridge between our company and the healthcare community. You will promote our portfolio of quality healthcare products to doctors, pharmacists, nurses and other health professionals across hospitals, clinics, pharmacies and private practices, helping them make informed prescribing and dispensing decisions for better patient outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Visit healthcare facilities and professionals to introduce, detail and promote our product range.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, nurses and other key decision-makers.
• Present product information, benefits and usage guidance clearly and persuasively.
• Organise and participate in Continuing Medical Education (CME) sessions, product launches, workshops and health camps.
• Follow up on prescriptions, orders and enquiries to grow sales within your assigned territory.
• Gather and report market intelligence, competitor activity and customer feedback to management.
• Achieve agreed sales targets while upholding ethical and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, visits, orders and stock availability.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a high level of service.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• A motivated, presentable and confident communicator.
• A relevant background in health sciences, pharmacy, nursing or a related field is an added advantage.
• Sales or customer-facing experience (experience in pharma/medical sales is a plus).
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven, with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
