MIT Solve Global Challenges - Next Round (2026-27)

MIT Solve sources tech-based solutions from nearly every corner of the world and connects selected Solver teams with funding, partnership and mentorship opportunities; past health-focused rounds included the Future Health Challenge and Philips Foundation Social Impact Award for maternal/child health and cardiovascular care. The recently closed 10th Anniversary Global Challenge states that the next Solve Global Challenges round will launch in September 2026 with separate challenges per focus area including health. Directly relevant to Ugandan medtech and digital-health ventures seeking catalytic funding and global visibility. Recent rounds included six-figure awards such as the $100,000 Philips Foundation Social Impact Award.
