A globally open, 18-month full-time fellowship for early-stage social entrepreneurs that provides $100,000 USD in seed funding plus leadership development, wellness support, and a lifelong community of change-makers.

## About the program For over 35 years, Echoing Green has identified and supported transformational leaders working on early-stage solutions to the world's biggest problems, including education, climate justice, human rights and health. It is a global program — it seeks leaders from all over the world and deliberately prioritises overlooked communities and regions, so Ugandan social entrepreneurs are eligible. Fellows work full-time on their organizations for the 18-month Fellowship.

## What it offers Each Fellow receives $100,000 USD in seed funding paid as a stipend over 18 months (funding for for-profit organizations is provided as recoverable grants). Beyond capital, every Fellow gets Echoing Green's support model: capacity building (leadership development and strategy); wellness and wellbeing support; expert resources; virtual and in-person convenings; pro-bono expert support; and connections to experienced business leaders committed to social change. Fellows become lifelong members of Echoing Green's global community.

## Eligibility - 18 years or older by 1 June of the fellowship year - Proficient in English - Original founder or leading member of the original founding team - Primary decision-maker for the organization - Able to work full-time on the organization during the Fellowship

## How to apply Applications are submitted online during the annual open period. Prepare the offline application worksheet, essays, and a short video, and review the selection criteria and video-submission guidance before applying.
