The Carl and Gillean Kjeldsberg Online Scholarships fund outstanding African health workers to complete the University of Edinburgh's Master of Family Medicine, a part-time, online distance-learning degree delivered by the Global Health Academy.
## About this scholarship The scholarship exists to strengthen family medicine and primary health care across Africa by fully funding the three-year, part-time online Master of Family Medicine for practising African health workers with a clear commitment to the discipline.
## Who can apply - Applicants must be African health workers living and working in any African country. - Applicants must show a genuine passion for strengthening family medicine and primary health care in their country and region.
## What it covers - The full scholarship covers all three years of tuition for the Master of Family Medicine. - Continued funding in years two and three is contingent on satisfactory completion of all courses each year, according to University of Edinburgh regulations.
