Fully funded 12-month leadership development for mid- to senior-career women in health across Eastern Africa, including Uganda.
WomenLift Health is now accepting applications for the 2027 Eastern Africa Leadership Journey, a fully funded 12-month hybrid leadership development program for mid- to senior-career women leaders in health.
The programme is designed to deepen leadership skills, expand visibility, and build a strong network of peers, mentors, and coaches. Participants also complete in-person residencies and receive support to design and implement a health leadership project.
Ugandan women working in health are eligible if they meet the regional criteria.
