UNAIDS is the Joint United Nations Programme on HIV/AIDS, leading the global effort to end AIDS as a public health threat. Its internship scheme (ISHIP) places students and recent graduates in UNAIDS offices to support the organisation's technical and policy work.

## About this internship Internships run 2 to 6 months depending on the needs of the hosting division, and may be carried out in person or remotely. ## Who can apply - Enrolled in an undergraduate, graduate, or postgraduate degree programme, or have completed one within the past year (must start within 12 months of graduating) - At least 20 years old at the date of application - Working knowledge, oral and written, of at least one of UNAIDS' official languages (Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Russian, Spanish) required at the office you apply to - No immediate family member employed by UNAIDS - Not have previously completed a UNAIDS internship - Applications from nationals of non- and under-represented UNAIDS member states are particularly encouraged
