Fully tuition-funded scholarships for an intensive online Master's in Sexual and Reproductive Health Policy and Programming, aimed at experienced sub-Saharan African health professionals. Reopens annually; the 2026-27 cycle closed 22 March 2026.

The MSc Sexual and Reproductive Health Policy and Programming (SRHPP) Scholarships fund experienced sub-Saharan African health professionals to complete an intensive online Master's degree jointly delivered by the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine (LSHTM) and the University of Ghana School of Public Health (UGSPH).

## About this scholarship The MSc SRHPP is designed to strengthen sexual and reproductive health policy and programming capacity across sub-Saharan Africa. The scholarship fund offers competitively awarded, fully tuition-funded places to experienced health professionals from the region, though it does not include a living stipend.

## Who can apply - Applicants must have at least two years' work experience in sexual and reproductive health or a related health field in sub-Saharan Africa. - For some scholarships, preference is given to nationals of, and residents in: Benin, Burkina Faso, Botswana, Central African Republic, Guinea-Bissau, DRC, Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya, Liberia, Malawi, Nigeria, Rwanda, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Tanzania, Togo and Zambia. - Shortlisted applicants must meet LSHTM's minimum English language requirements by Monday 15 June 2026.

## What it covers - Full tuition fees for the MSc SRHPP programme. - A one-time allowance of GBP 1,000 for IT equipment, internet costs and/or other learning costs. - This scholarship does not provide a living allowance or stipend.

## How to apply Applicants must meet all eligibility criteria and complete a two-step application process (course application plus scholarship application) by the scholarship deadline.

## Key dates - Application deadline: 16:00 BST, Sunday 22 March 2026. - English language proficiency confirmation deadline (if shortlisted): Monday 15 June 2026.

Eligibility

Open to sub-Saharan African health professionals with at least two years' work experience in sexual and reproductive health or a related field; some awards prioritise nationals/residents of a listed group of sub-Saharan African countries; shortlisted applicants must meet LSHTM's English language requirements.
