Kijumo Community Health Link is a community-rooted health facility serving the Ishaka and Bushenyi municipality area. True to its motto "We Care, God Cures", its small but busy laboratory is where most patient journeys begin — accurate samples and timely results are what keep the clinicians' decisions sound.

The role

As Laboratory Assistant you will collect, label and process specimens, run basic haematology, malaria microscopy and rapid tests, maintain equipment and reagent stocks, record results accurately and communicate findings to the clinical team. An excellent entry point for a fresh graduate to build real diagnostic bench experience.

Requirements

• Laboratory Assistant qualification from a recognized institution
• Fresh graduates up to two years of experience only need apply
• Must speak and understand Runyankole
• Willing to work in Ishaka/Bushenyi Municipality

Remuneration

• Salary: to be discussed at interview
• Daily allowance: UGX 3,000
• Lunch provided
