John William Kiggundu (JWK) International Hospital Kakiri is a modern, private healthcare institution established to provide affordable, highly accessible, and premier quality healthcare services to the people of Uganda and the broader East African region.

Founded by Dr. Henry K. Lukwago, the hospital opened in October 2023 as an initial 50-bed modern facility with one of Uganda's largest specialized dialysis centres. JWK operates with WHO Standards and Level-1 Emergency capabilities.

Position: Enrolled Midwife (1 Position)

Responsibilities: - Provide maternal and neonatal care services - Assist in safe deliveries and postnatal care - Support high-risk pregnancy monitoring under specialist guidance - Conduct antenatal care clinics and health education - Maintain accurate maternal and neonatal health records - Participate in community health outreach programmes

Requirements: - Diploma or Certificate in Midwifery from a recognized institution - Valid registration and license from Uganda Nurses and Midwives Council - Strong midwifery and maternal care skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced maternity unit - Commitment to maternal and neonatal safety
