Dental Officer

John William Kiggundu (JWK) International Hospital Kakiri is a modern, private healthcare institution established to provide affordable, highly accessible, and premier quality healthcare services to the people of Uganda and the broader East African region.

Founded by Dr. Henry K. Lukwago, the hospital opened in October 2023 as an initial 50-bed modern facility with one of Uganda's largest specialized dialysis centres. JWK operates with WHO Standards and Level-1 Emergency capabilities.

Position: Dental Officer (1 Position)

Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive dental care services - Perform dental examinations, treatments, and procedures - Conduct preventive dental care and patient education - Diagnose and treat oral diseases and conditions - Perform dental extractions and minor oral surgeries - Maintain accurate dental patient records and treatment plans - Collaborate with other clinical departments for holistic patient care

Requirements: - Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or equivalent from a recognized institution - Valid registration and license from UMDPC - Experience in general dentistry preferred - Strong clinical and diagnostic skills in oral health - Excellent patient communication and chairside manner - Ability to work independently and manage a dental clinic
