CHAI Internship Program

The Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) is a global health NGO that works with governments and partners to strengthen health systems and expand access to care and treatment in developing countries. Its internship program brings students and early-career professionals into CHAI's programmatic teams for a defined period each year.

## About this internship Interns support CHAI's work in areas such as research, data analysis, and project management, working alongside experienced country and global teams. Placements run 8 to 16 weeks, full-time, and can be in-office, remote (within a CHAI country of operation), or hybrid depending on the hosting department's needs. The most recent intake ran from April to October 2026.

## Who can apply - Enrolled in a relevant postgraduate programme (public health, international development, economics, business, or similar), or a final-year undergraduate - Demonstrated interest in global health - Proficient in English; additional languages are an advantage - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Comfortable with research, data analysis, and Microsoft Office; programming experience is a plus but not required
