Africa Health Agenda International Conference (AHAIC 2027)

The Africa Health Agenda International Conference (AHAIC) 2027 is organised by Amref Health Africa, bringing together African leaders across government, health, and civil society.

## About this conference AHAIC 2027 runs February 28-March 3, 2027 at the Kigali Convention Centre in Kigali, Rwanda, as a hybrid event with both in-person and online participation. The theme, "Africa's leadership for a new world health order," is organised around six pillars: health financing and sovereignty; climate, conflict, and health resilience; pandemic preparedness and primary health care; non-communicable diseases; youth, community, and equity; and innovation, data, and AI for health. AHAIC is one of Africa's largest health policy platforms, drawing governments, frontline health workers, youth leaders, and development partners, making it relevant for Ugandan health workers who want direct exposure to continental health financing and policy debates.
