Fully funded two-year fellowship combining public health training with health-information systems and informatics field practice across African Union Member States. Cohort starts November 2026.
Part of Africa CDC's African Epidemic Service flagship programme under Health Workforce Development, this track trains young professionals in public health informatics to strengthen disease surveillance and health information systems. Funding covers stipend, travel, insurance and learning materials. Ideal for Ugandan graduates interested in DHIS2, data science and digital health for outbreak detection and response.
