Job Summary The Physician (Business Partner) is responsible for providing comprehensive medical consultations, diagnosis, treatment, and management of adult patients presenting with a wide range of medical conditions. The Physician will provide outpatient specialist services while practicing independently through the medical centre. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive medical consultations and physical examinations. Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions. Develop individualized treatment and management plans. Prescribe medications and monitor treatment outcomes. Request and interpret laboratory and diagnostic investigations. Refer patients to other specialists when necessary. Maintain accurate and confidential patient medical records. Provide health education and preventive care counseling. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals. Ensure compliance with professional, ethical, and regulatory standards. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB/MBBS) or equivalent. Postgraduate qualification in Internal Medicine or related specialty. Valid practicing license. Registered with the Uganda Medical and Dental Practitioners Council (UMDPC). Actively practicing as a Physician.
