Nurse In-Charge (IPD)

Mildmay Hospital Uganda (MHUg) is seeking highly motivated, results-oriented individuals to join its team, compassionate care, professional excellence, positive impact. MHUg is hiring a Nurse In-Charge (IPD) to coordinate, supervise and support inpatient department teams, ensuring efficient, effective, patient-centred care, quality improvement and adherence to professional nursing standards.

Reporting to: Manager, Nursing and Rehabilitation Services

Qualifications & Experience - Bachelor's Degree in Nursing - Registered and licensed by the relevant professional regulatory body - At least 1 year in a nursing leadership or supervisory role - At least 3 years' nursing experience in a busy hospital setting - Knowledge of quality improvement initiatives and HIV/AIDS service delivery - Proficiency in English and at least one local language - Leadership or management training an added advantage
