Clinela Linctus is a 100% natural blend of ginger, honey and lemon — gentle, effective, and free from harsh chemicals. As our Medical Representative, you will be the face of the brand in the field, driving uptake of Clinela Linctus across pharmacies, clinics and healthcare facilities in your territory.

### Key Responsibilities - Market and promote Clinela Linctus to pharmacies, clinics, hospitals and other healthcare facilities within the assigned territory - Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacists, clinicians, stockists and other customers - Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the brand's growth objectives - Provide product information and educational support to healthcare professionals about indications, dosage and the natural ingredients of Clinela Linctus - Submit regular sales reports, market feedback and competitor intelligence to management - Plan daily field routes, organise product sampling and run activations at customer sites - Ensure product visibility, proper merchandising and stock availability at outlet level - Uphold the Clinela brand standards and comply with pharmaceutical marketing ethics in Uganda

### Qualifications & Requirements - A Certificate in Pharmacy or Certificate in Nursing; OR a Diploma in any of: - Pharmacy - Orthopedic Medicine - Orthopedic Technology - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Prior sales and marketing experience is an added advantage (pharmaceutical or FMCG field sales preferred) - Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision - Own means of transport/field mobility is desirable - Residence in or willingness to work across Mukono / Greater Kampala is preferred
