About the role

Lafab Solutions is looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to join its team as a Clinic Manager in Kampala. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven candidate looking to start and grow a career in healthcare and clinic management.

The position is full-time and based in Kampala, Uganda. The Clinic Manager is the operational backbone of the clinic, ensuring that daily services run smoothly, patients are well looked after, staff are well coordinated and the clinic continues to grow its client base. Working in a supportive team environment, the successful candidate will receive structured training and mentorship and will have a clear pathway towards a senior management role.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations and administrative tasks.
• Manage staff scheduling and support team coordination.
• Ensure an excellent patient and customer experience.
• Assist in developing strategies to grow the clinic's client base.
• Handle basic reporting, stock/inventory and record-keeping.
• Build strong relationships with clients and staff.

This is a hands-on role covering everything from opening and closing routines and patient flow, to managing supplies, compiling simple reports and supporting the team on the ground. Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in a relevant course, e.g. business-related courses.
• No prior experience necessary - full training will be provided.
