The Aster Guardians Global Nursing Award is one of the world's largest recognitions of nursing excellence, conferring US$250,000 on the winner selected via an EY-managed multi-stage process overseen by a grand jury of international healthcare leaders. Nurses self-nominate or are nominated in one primary and up to two secondary contribution areas, with applications accepted in multiple languages.
