Open Positions

1. Enrolled Nurses (2 positions)

Requirements: - A Certificate in Nursing/Midwifery - Valid practicing license from the Uganda Nurses and Midwives Council (UNMC) - At least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting - Fluent in both Gishu (local language) and English - Able to exhibit a high degree of professionalism

2. Registered Nurses / RN (2 positions)

Requirements: - A Diploma in Nursing/Midwifery - Valid practicing license from the Uganda Nurses and Midwives Council (UNMC) - At least 1 year of experience in a clinical setting - Able to exhibit a high degree of professionalism

### Key Responsibilities (all roles) - Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with CCNU protocols and Uganda Ministry of Health guidelines - Administer medications, monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately - Assist with admissions, discharges and patient/family education - Maintain infection prevention and control standards at all times - Collaborate with doctors, clinical officers and other members of the multidisciplinary team - Respond to emergencies and participate in continuous quality improvement activities
